<\/figure>\n\n\n\nServices covered by the contract charges are as
follows:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
1) Single periodical visit per month before 10th of every month during the period of contract
mentioned overleaf when the subject equipment will be thoroughly checked, cleaned,
serviced and adjusted.
2) If missed the visit during the scheduled periodical visit, within 5 days the periodical visit
must be scheduled,
3) Any additional visit during the contract period as & when required in the event of any
breakdown \/ malfunctioning of the equipment on the intimation in this regard by the
customer. However if during the visit it is found that the malfunctioning of the equipment
was because of the negligence and nuisance caused by the customer, the visit charges
will have to be payable extra as per the technician visit policy of the company.
4) AMC Applicable only for maintaining the set up as it is includes Camera general service
work, existing cables replacement work, Power sources checking and replacement, and
other miscellaneous works.
5) This AMC package doesn’t liable for materials and cable expenses.
6) Cancellation of AMC Period: AMC can be cancelled after 12 months period. If AMC is
terminated \/ forcibly cancelled within the contract period, a new AMC Contract can be
started only after the completion of the terminated AMC period. Customer can resume
our service with in the same period by paying the terminated\/ cancelled months.
7) The Estimated pricing for AMC for a particular property will be revised every year<\/p>\n\n\n\n
8) Includes routine monthly assessments of cameras, DVR, HDD and others.
9) Includes Problems troubleshooting and rectification on call Basis.
10) Calls will be in action within three working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
