Periodical Quarterly Visits:
A single, thorough visit every three months (quarterly) is scheduled before the 10th of the first month of the quarter.Comprehensive Check:
During this visit, our technician will thoroughly check, clean, service, and adjust the subject equipment.Rescheduling:
If a scheduled periodical visit is missed, it must be rescheduled within 5 days.
On-Call Support:
Includes problems troubleshooting and rectification on a call basis.Emergency Visits (Breakdown):
Any additional visit required during the contract period due to breakdown or malfunctioning of the equipment, upon intimation by the customer, is covered.Action Timeframe:
Service calls will be put into action within three working days.
Exclusions for Breakdown Visits:
If the equipment's malfunctioning is found to be due to negligence or nuisance caused by the customer, an extra visit charge will apply as per the YPV's technician visit policy.❌ Important Exclusions (Materials & Cancellation)
This AMC package DOES NOT cover the cost of materials and cable expenses.
The customer is responsible for the cost of any parts or cables required for replacement.
Standard Term: The AMC can be cancelled after the 12-month period.
Early Termination: If the AMC is terminated or forcibly cancelled within the contract period:
A new AMC contract can only be started after the completion of the original terminated AMC period.
The customer can resume our service within that same period by paying for the previously terminated/cancelled months.
